For those looking for an alternative to a dessert wine, our Demi-Sec champagne, aged for three years in cellars is the perfect choice for a sweet finish to festive proceedings. Served chilled and freshly opened, the light bubble and mellow taste will marry itself wonderfully with moist richness of Christmas pudding and the slight ‘kick’ from the liqueur that goes into it.
