On the Laurent-Perrier Millésime 2004: This 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the excellent, expressive 2004 vintage is a delicate and elegant combination of light brioche, lemony fruit, tangy flavours and floral character. A beautiful wine that will continue to develop and is well-priced for vintage champagne.
