Champagne Laurent-Perrier is delighted to support the Royal Academy of Arts and their Annual Awards of Excellence 2016.
The Annual Awards of Excellence are the most prestigious awards available to young professionals in the hospitality industry today, recognising and encouraging the most talented ambitious Chefs, Pastry Chefs and Waiters. Since it began in 1983 over 500 young professionals have won the award, providing opportunities for further successful career paths.
An examination rather than a competition, all or none of the candidates can achieve the awards depending on their ability to attain the standard of excellence set by the judges. All those who successfully reach this standard will win. In addition, the winning candidate who scores the highest marks in each section will be named the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Young Chef, Young Pastry Chef and Young Waiter of the Year 2016.
The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts is now accepting entries for the Annual Awards of Excellence 2016. Applicants must currently be working full-time in the UK as a Chef, Pastry Chef or Waiter and should be aged between 20 and 26 on 31st December 2015.
