This year we are once again working with renowned chocolatier William Curley, to bring you the new Friday evening Dessert Bar. Dessert devotees will be able to take a seat in the relaxed surroundings of the William Curley Belgravia Boutique, sip on Laurent-Perrier and watch the dedicated and specially trained in-house chefs at work. The five-course dessert menu, carefully created by William Curley, consists of a range of hand-made delicacies served with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut, celebrated for its lightness, freshness and elegance. The Menu:

  • Bellini granita & poached peaches
  • Chocolate sorbet, cassis compote and cassis tuille
  • Coconut Rice pudding with mango & passion fruit compote and ginger madelaines
  • Pain perdu, caramelised pears & almond milk ice cream
  • Sesame Chocolate Tart, raspberry sauce and jasmine ice cream

The Laurent-Perrier Dessert Menu will be available every Friday evening from 6pm throughout September 2013 at the William Curley Belgravia Boutique, costing £30 for the full menu. William Curley:  William Curley is Britain’s leading Chocolatier and Patissier. Growing up in a small town in Fife, Scotland, William Curley discovered a passion for gastronomy and began his career with an apprenticeship at Gleneagles Hotel. William then went on to spend six years at numerous Michelin-starred establishments with the most respected chefs and pâtissiers in the business including Marc Meneau, Pierre Koffmann, Raymond Blanc and Marco Pierre White. He subsequently became the youngest (27) Chef Patissier at The Savoy, working with Anton Edelman, where he met his wife and business partner Suzue – also a highly respected pâtissier, originally from Osaka, Japan. William and Suzue, are renowned for producing the most delicious and inspiring range of handmade chocolates, pâtisseries and desserts. William has won a variety of awards, including ‘Best British Chocolatier’ four times by the Academy of Chocolate and ‘Cookery Book of the Year 2012’ by The Guild of Food Writers for his book ‘Couture Chocolate’ (Jacqui Small £30). William has boutiques in Richmond, Belgravia and a concession in Harrods.
